These terms govern your use of grovews.com, the website of Grove Wealth Solutions, a brand of Consumer Response Media. Using the site, sending us a message or signing up for planning updates means you accept them. Anyone who does not accept them should leave the site.

The site describes how Grove approaches financial planning, publishes general articles, and lets you contact us or sign up for updates by email or text. Any planning relationship with Grove is set out in a separate written agreement, and nothing on the site creates one.

Grove does not prepare tax returns or draft legal documents. Where a plan touches those areas, your own tax preparer or attorney remains responsible for that work.

Grove planning updates is a program of recurring automated marketing text messages sent directly by Grove Wealth Solutions to people who have opted in. The messages cover financial planning topics: reminders of common planning dates, notes about new guides published on grovews.com, and replies about your sign-up or message. Each text begins [Grove Wealth Solutions]. A text from Grove is never personal investment advice and never asks for account numbers or passwords.
How you opt in
You opt in by typing your own mobile number on the Planning updates page or a contact form and checking the text message box yourself. Grove never checks that box for you, and only the person who owns the number can agree to texts sent to it.
Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can read the site, contact us and work with Grove whether or not you agree to texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Grove does not charge for its texts.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out and cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Telling us by phone or email has the same effect.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy

The text, design and images on grovews.com belong to Grove or are used under licence. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for personal use, with credit to the site.
Limits on liability
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but rules, markets and products change, and we cannot warrant that every page is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, Grove is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from decisions made on the strength of its general content.
